If you are using AlertFind roster import to manage your user data you might want to add a new standard device to your roster for all of your users.
Contact support and provide name of the new device which will be added to the roster.
EPA Admin or EPA Management role
- Impersonate Customer's AlertFind Instance.
- Click Application Settings.
- Scroll Down to Default User Information > Standard Devices.
- Click Edit button.
- Check the list of available devices and add required devices by selecting device type, name.
- Click Add and Save buttons.
- Update MAP file to represent added device, e. g. for a phone device there will be a new row entry in the mapping file:
devices### = ax.guess_phone_device( 'Phone Device Name', 'Alternate Phone' )
### sets the device map file sequence number. The second entry 'Alternate Phone' would be the name used in the headers of the roster file.
