If you are trying to log in AlertFind you might notice that the authentication page keeps loading after credentials input.
Try the following steps:
- Clear browser cache.
- Try another browser.
- Try to log in from a different internet connection.
If it doesn't help this might be a result of a backend problem that should be escalated to our Operations Team. Contact support team, please.
