You might want to decommission your AlertFind instance if you have decided not to renew your subscription, end your contract, and delete your data.
Once the contract is terminated. Sales/Account team requests support to disable the access and start the decommissioning process. Decommission of the instance is usually done 60 days after the termination date (you can confirm your particular contract expiration date using the email below). But your support portal access and Alertfind access will be terminated on the day your contract ends.
