If your user has Admin permissions in AlertFind and you are utilizing AlertFind - EMS Authentication Integration you might experience an error "The credentials you provided cannot be determined to be authentic" while trying to log in with your AD credentials. While you might be able to log in to EMS, AlertFInd authentication is failing.
- Open Support ticket.
- Please provide you AD username you are using to log in to support along with the time and date of the last attempt.
- Ask users without admin permissions to check authentication and provide results to support along with the usernames.
The issue might be related to an incorrect user ID saved in DB.
Impersonate customer's Instance to collect information required to submit an Engineering Customer Defect.

- M1 EMS Backend ID
- For AlertFind
- M1 AF Data Center
- M1 AF BAckend ID
- Usernames for failing to authenticate users and for users who are able to log in.
- Reproduction steps.
- Submit a Customer Defect to Engineering.
When support will confirm the fix - try to log in to AlertFind using your AD credentials again.
